Yes, for all guests joining us for events in Udaipur we will be providing for your accommodation at the wedding venue from January 3rd – January 5th, 2024.
In order to comply with our venue capacity, we are limiting each wedding event to only those individuals specified in your invitation.
You can RSVP on this very website through the RSVP tab on the Menu bar. We kindly request all guests to send us your acceptances by December 15th, 2023.
After you have submitted your RSVP, guests invited to events in Udaipur, will receive a confirmation email with a Document Upload link.
Please upload a scanned copy of at least 1 valid identity document for each family member (those attending the event) by December 15th. Please refer below for the list of acceptable forms of ID.
Note: Please upload only those documents which you will be able to physically carry as proof to the wedding venue.
All guests must carry at least 1 original valid identity document to check-in at the wedding venue. This must be the same document that was uploaded on the Document Upload link.
In the case where a guest is unable to meet this requirement, Trident, Udaipur will not be able to provide for your accommodation as per Oberoi Hotel’s Management policies.
Yes, for all guests joining us for events in Udaipur we have arranged for your transportation to and from the wedding venue. More information on drop-off, pick-up times and location will be made available to you as we approach closer to the wedding date.
We understand things come up. You can use the password sent to your RSVP confirmation email to edit your responses on this website. If you would like to change your responses post the RSVP deadline, we request you to kindly reach out to us.
Yes. In order to enhance our events, we suggest you follow the dress codes mentioned in your invitation for each event. However, you are welcome to wear anything you’re most comfortable in.
